Our story
Silvercat Advisors was founded in 2015 with a mission to help patients get access to innovative medical technologies and services. We do this by advising select companies on their commercial and reimbursement strategies. Our domain experience includes medical devices, diagnostics, and digital health, including wearables and digital medicines. Our clients range from early stage ventures all the way to large publicly traded enterprises. All of them, however, are pursuing novel solutions to important unmet needs for which the reimbursement path forward is complex.

Our process
Silvercat Advisors is your partner throughout the lifecycle of your reimbursement strategy. We often begin by educating the leadership team about the reimbursement process as a basis for establishing a common framework for your company’s strategy. We approach the different pillars of commercial and reimbursement strategy in a step-wise fashion – all the while explaining the context and rationale so that the leadership can make informed decisions. When it comes time to execute the strategy, Silvercat Advisors is there to support you – whether that means rolling up our sleeves to do the work or coaching and mentoring less experienced team members.
