We often begin by educating the leadership team about the reimbursement process as a basis for establishing a common framework for your company’s strategy. We approach the different pillars of commercial and reimbursement strategy in a step-wise fashion – all the while explaining the context and rationale so that the leadership can make informed decisions. When it comes time to execute the strategy, Silvercat Advisors is there to support you – whether that means rolling up our sleeves to do the work or coaching and mentoring less experienced team members. Silvercat Advisors takes a dynamic and flexible approach to ensure progress is made toward the client objectives in a capital efficient manner.
